Paul Getty  
CEO and President of SVN | First Guardian Group and FGG1031 based in San Jose, CA. He has completed commercial real estate transactions totaling over $2B in all major asset classes. Paul’s firm has assisted over 5,000 1031 Exchange investors since 2003 and focuses on assisting investor with multifamily investment sales and executing capital preservation and reinvestment strategies nationwide. Paul holds an MBA in Finance from the University of Michigan and a Bachelor’s Degree in Chemistry from Wayne State University. He holds Series, 22, 62, and 63 securities licenses. Paul is the author of Real Estate Tax Deferral Strategies Utilizing the Delaware Statutory Trust which will be available for download to all attendees.


Peter K. Fisher 
Senior Vice President of Inland Securities Corporation and is responsible for developing sales and new broker-dealer relationships. Peter joined Inland in 2005 as a regional sales representative. He was promoted to Vice President in 2006 and to First Vice President in 2009. Prior to joining Inland, Peter graduated with a Bachelor of Science degree from Indiana University. He holds Series 7 and 63 securities licenses.
