Paul Getty  
CEO and President of SVN | First Guardian Group and FGG1031 based in San Jose, CA. He has completed commercial real estate transactions totaling over $2B in all major asset classes. Paul’s firm has assisted over 5,000 1031 Exchange investors since 2003 and focuses on assisting investor with multifamily investment sales and executing capital preservation and reinvestment strategies nationwide. Paul holds an MBA in Finance from the University of Michigan and a Bachelor’s Degree in Chemistry from Wayne State University. He holds Series, 22, 62, and 63 securities licenses.
